Treatments progress from Swedish to Deep Tissue work. Conditioning one's body to Massage Therapy takes time, similar to exercise. As you train harder with exercise, you feel the benefits more. If you’ve never had Massage Therapy before, it is recommended to begin with a Swedish treatment and gradually condition your body to deeper, more involved work over time.

1st treatment: $50 (50 minutes, 25-minute assessment included)
2nd treatment: $25 (25 minutes)

4th treatment: $25 (25 minutes)
5th treatment: $25 (25 minutes)
6th treatment: $25 (25 minutes)
Additional treatment: Repeat same rates as 1st - 6th treatment for every 6 treatments
